Joel Ishman was born and raised in Gary, IN. At the age of 11 he attended Emerson School for the Visual and Performing Arts where he majored in Drama/Acting. He graduated from Emerson V.P.A. in 2000, after countless experience in the entertainment field, doing plays, talent showcases, and musical performance. He has grown into a tripple threat. He was part of a professional acting troupe going to different highschools in the region doing a short play on rape. He then attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA and recieved a Theater B.A. Degree with a performance emphasis. He is 26 years old, and has been living in Atlanta, GA since June 2005. He knows that his time is now, as he becomes a household name in Music, Television, and Film.
